UMR’s final wash and assembly procedures ensure your engine is quality built. UMR has multiple stage cleaning procedures, Acid baths, Ultra
Sonic tanks, Power thermo spray wash, Degreasing baths, kero baths, agitating tanks & hot soapy water baths. UMR remove oil gallery plugs &
welch plugs to ensure a total clean of your engine. As part of UMR’s assembly procedure, we blueprint all conrod tunnels, crankshaft journals, all
pistons are individually measured and checked against the cylinder bore for optimal clearances and specifications, UMR measure main tunnels,
main & conrod bearing thickness, check all ring gaps to suit bore and adjust to suit. We check compression ratios etc etc. We do not mass produce
these engines, but rather custom build them to a high quality race standard. We can custom design your engine to suit your requirements & budget.
